The H family purchased a condominium in suburban Tokyo. This unit had cold temperatures during the winter months. Since reinforced concrete is naturally cool, the north side of the room was always cold, and the walls were constantly damp from condensation. Mr. H thought, "We need to break the wall to add insulation materials in order to increase the thermal barrier." Then he heard about GAINA.
